The powerful 40% hydrogen peroxide gel is chemically activated, so it doesn’t require a hot, uncomfortable light to work. Using the unique double-syringe configuration, the clinician activates the 40% hydrogen peroxide formula just before application, ensuring every dose of Opalescence Boost whitening is fresh and effective. We will work with you to achieve the shade of pearly white that you’ve dreamed of before even leaving your dentist appointment!

Take-Home Whitening

If you prefer to whiten your teeth on your own, we are an official and preferred provider for Opalescence Go™. We recommend the Opalescence Go™ take-home whitening system for patients looking for professional whitening at home or as an alternative to over-the-counter whitening products. With no impressions, models, or lab time required, Opalescence Go whitening trays are also a perfect follow-up to in-office whitening. Professional Whitening vs. Over-the-Counter

While teeth whitening systems purchased at your local drug store might seem like the easiest option, our professional whitening services offer several benefits that over-the-counter products can’t match, such as:

Tooth-Colored Fillings

Gone are the days of unsightly gray metal fillings in your mouth. The material of choice for dental fillings is now composite resin, which is pliable and durable and can be custom shaded to match your teeth. Composite is bonded directly to your tooth and requires the removal of less tooth structure than the metal amalgam fillings of the past. If your tooth suffers from decay, Dr. Sigman will treat it by removing the decay and then placing an esthetically pleasing restoration as closely matched to your natural tooth color as possible. You’ll be able to rely on composite fillings for years to come.

Invisalign

Our patients living with crooked teeth understand the toll it takes on your confidence. Misaligned teeth also affect oral health since they are harder to keep clean and can contribute to TMJ or clenching and grinding issues. Many of our patients don’t find the idea of wearing traditional metal braces appealing. For this reason, Performance Dental Center is an Invisalign Provider. Invisalign uses clear plastic aligners to apply a gentle pressure that straightens your teeth gradually. These aligners fit snugly, are comfortable to wear, and are virtually invisible, so they don’t interfere with your daily activities. They are a perfect alternative to traditional braces for teens who need minor adjustments and adults who need a comprehensive correction plan.

Porcelain Veneers
